Did you know that there are over 80 verses in the Bible that speak about grapes?
Perhaps the most popular is John 15:1-5:
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine-dresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”
At My Olive Tree we believe that part of bearing fruit is taking part in the physical act of giving. We believe in praying for the peace of Jerusalem and all of Israel, but we also believe in taking action—to do something to demonstrate our conviction!
My Olive Tree is planting grapevines for peace, and the proceeds from the harvests help support farmers and humanitarian aid projects in Israel. My Olive Tree sows these annual harvests back into Israel and her people year after year—which is why we are the gift that keeps on giving!
“Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5
We have chosen to make God our resting place, and He has chosen the land of Israel as the place to make His Name abide. It is our honor and privilege to participate in what God is doing in Zion; to take our place beside Him — for apart from Him we can do nothing, but with Him all things are possible!
That is why we are working hard to reach our goal of 2400 additional grapevine sponsorships this year!
Will you help us?
Will you sow your sponsorship, with all its continuing harvests, into Israel’s future?
“With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” — Matthew 19:26

Our mission is to create a partnership between the Evangelical community and the nation of Israel; this partnership will produce employment, income, and revenue for humanitarian aid projects in Israel. We envision the planting of one-million olive trees over the next seven years. This relationship was prophesied in the Bible centuries ago, that the foreigners and strangers (those not of Jewish descent) would help rebuild the walls of Israel and cause the desert to bloom (Isa 35:1). Among other things, this reforestation is an environmental blessing for the entire region. May all who participate in this project be blessed body, soul and spirit; it is time for you to take root in Israel!
