Moshav Mekhora

The My Olive Tree-sponsored Moshav Mekhora Grove is located at the Moshav Mekhora settlement in the Jordan Valley. The settlement was originally founded in 1973 and is nestled in the region considered to the area where Joshua crossed the Jordan River (see Joshua 4).

Summary

Moshav Mekhora is an Israeli settlement located in the West Bank and the Jordan Valley. A moshav is a cooperative Israeli village or settlement comprised of small farms where the property is privately held. Moshav Mekhora was originally founded in 1973 and is located in the region that is considered to be part of ancient Gilgal where Joshua crossed the Jordan River (Joshua 4). My Olive Tree is honored to be taking root in this special area of Israel.
