Care Instructions: It is recommended to use these servers only with cold or warm food. Initially, wash in warm water and rub utensil with a little olive oil. Hand washes and towel dries. Do not place in the dishwasher.

It is suggested that once a year the items are polished with olive or mineral oil to maintain the appearance of the wood.
