Rejoice in the Restoration

Have you read or seen the news lately? There seems to be so much violence, so much hate, so much evil… These reports can impact us greatly if we get drawn into the chaos of it all. The confusion in our own personal lives can be overwhelming, as well.

The Bible says that we are in the Last Days. God laid out some pretty clear depictions of what would be occurring in the last days before Christ returned.

“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power.”—2 Timothy 3:1-5

However, Christians do have hope. We have a hope that is secured in Christ, and therefore we do not have to fear the perilous times that are upon us.

With this hope we have responsibility—the responsibility to share God’s undying and endless love across the globe. Because of this hope, we can be a part of God’s triumphant restoration of the Holy Land.

It is important to look at God’s history in this world to understand what will take place. God chose a people who were not rich, strong, or prominent to represent Him. This was because God wanted to use them in BIG ways, to show the world how BIG He really is!

The Jewish people hold a unique role in our history along with a personal place in God’s heart. He is faithful to His people and would never forget them.

We are deep within God’s environmental prophecy right now in Israel!

“The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose.”—Isaiah 35:1

When we begin to grasp what God has planned for His land, we can rejoice in knowing that His Promised Land is being restored. In Jewish tradition, planting trees have been a way for the people to remember and honor each other, while cultivating life into God’s rich land.

Throughout Scripture, God is continuously brings the Israeli people into His fertile Promised Land because He knows the great potential of this region. This is the reason to be a part of this “Environmental Prophecy”!

God’s desire to bless Israel is resounding…throughout history and in the future! He promises to bless those who bless this ancient nation! When you sponsor a tree with My Olive Tree, you are literally sowing seeds of hope into the lives of the Israeli people. The olive trees planted do just that… they bring hope, as they secure income, employment and revenue for humanitarian aid projects—all designed to help Israel grow and prosper.

Participating in this prophetic physical act of restoration reveals God’s heart for His land and His people. Jesus promises, through obedience and cheerful giving…

“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”—Luke 6:38

Though these times we live in have their share of trials, let us not forget…

“Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.”—Colossians 3:2

Rejoice in the blessings that the Lord has lavished upon you by using them to restore His precious nation—the Holy Land—Israel. In doing so, you will sow seeds of hope into the lives of many who hunger for God’s love and care.
